Help With Lighting Please

Today when I got home I noticed only two of the 4 anttics working. I'm posting some pictures in hope that someone can help me quick. I'm off monday, tuesday, and part of wednesday.

The daylights are fine, but number 6 and 8 of the anttics are not coming on. I think this set up has 4 ballast. I've got back up light if someone will help me PLEASE.

Hi,

Can't you just swap the ballast or swap the bulbs to see which one is the problem. I'm not sure how your fixture is wired, but it's possible that one burned out bulb could prevent both bulbs from firing.
