Help with Acrylic Fan job

I was needing a quick DIY acrylic fan to help cool my tank. i was able to soder it and prepare it but im not an acrylic person and i need a holder for it.

I will gladly pay someone if they will make me a holder for it...something simple, wide enough to span my sump with lips enough to make sure it does not slide off, screw holes for the fan, open area for fan to blow through with partial guards across, and a couple wire management clips. heres a pic, if someone is up for it, ill provide exact specs.
