Help Save this Coral

Can anyone tell me what's going on with this coral (Link to pics below)? I moved it to a new tank last week and it's dying off very quickly. Water parameters are the same. The only difference is that the old tank had halide lighting and the new one has LEDs. Any advice would be appreciated.

It's infected with Brown Jelly Disease. Siphon out all of that stuff so it doesn't land elsewhere. Hopefully it will stop. Dipping the colony in ReVive would help sometimes.

So, it's been 3 weeks and, after wiping out several heads on the coral (pictured) and doing 2 siphonings and water changes, it looked like the disease had stopped spreading. However, I noticed it's back on another of the larger heads (I'll try to post another pic tonight). Should I try to dip the entire coral? As you can see from the pic, the entire piece is larger than a basketball.

Dipping it may be your only option. How's the tank alkalinity? MIght be good to double check that number with a second kit.
