Help me plan my next tank - Sps dominated

[Hey guys I'm having to downgrade my recent tank 58 gallon RR or an AGA 29 gallon. In the new tank I want it to be mainly SPS dominated with a few zoas and LPS on the ground. I need help in planing this tank and want to do it right. For lights I already have a aqua medic oceanlight 250 watt HQI so I'm covered. I already have a supply of RO/DI. I also have all the live rock I need. One of my main concerns is flow. I have a strong quiet one return pump a little over 900 GPH. I plan on a closed loop with a SQIWD to spilt the flow. With a Seio 620 in the tank. I plan on going starboard BB. With PVC braces for the live rock. I need help drilling the tank and installing an overflow. I have an extra 20 gallon lying around for the sump that needs to be drilled.

Can anyone think of anything that I should change or add?
I want the tank to look clean. Can anyone explain what I can use to drill? Or where I can goto get it drilled?

Thanks for the help

Taylor]

[Is the quiet one pump for your sump return or the CL?

If for the return it may be too much and cause microbubble problems. You might consider using a smaller pump on your return and the quiet one on your CL.

For reference I have a mag9.5 on my CL in my 29G and it gives a good amount of flow. I have a Mag 7 on the return which is only producing maybe 400GPH with head. I wish my return was a little smaller but it works. Those are the only 2 sources of flow in my tank and it is plenty. I keep SPS without any problems.]
