Help me ID what's wrong

I had some sort of outbreak in my main tank, I finally caught all of my fish and put them in a QT. Last week or so when we had that really cold weather that came through I had some sort of parasite outbreak in my tank, I know for sure one of the problems was ich, but the other I can't figure out. If someone can help me ID what this is that my fish have and how to treat them, and if there is anything that I can do in the mean time until my order gets here Wednesday with the paraguard and cupramine I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry the pics aren't that great that's the best I could do, my disjardini looks like his scales are rotting and my vlamingi has these red sores on his sides and belly area.

Matt, I should have clarified how I was going to Treat the fish, I was going to use the paraguard first for a few weeks, then run some carbon in the filter for two weeks then use the cupramine for a month

I have them in a 55gal that I had laying around. I'm doing 15-20gal water changes every other day to combat any spikes in nitrates, and I didn't even put a light on the tank just to keep some stress down, the only light the tank gets is from the lights in the room, so I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best, just wish my package didn't get delayed.

Just wanted to give a quick up date, today is day 4 of dosing with paraguard, and they fish have come a long way. The vlamingi has all of the red spots on him gone, and the disjardini has returned back to normal colors as well. Both fish are back to their old mannerisms. I plan to cont to dose the tank each day with paraguard for two weeks then give them a one week break before treating with copper.

Any idea what started the issue with the tank...new addition? said:
No, I think all of this is due to that cold weather snap that we had a few weeks ago, my tank temps dropped a bit due to my heater going out, the last fish that I added was during the summer.
