Help me fatten him up - Lawnmower blenny

[if you have hair algae, you should be set...any length, the lawnmower blenn should be able to handle it. You could also try seaweed.]

[He has never ate any of the HA. He does pick at the glass and the rocks but he look skinny. I'm sure he is not getting enough to eat. Other then that he seems to be fine.

I may try to catch him and trade him back to the store.]

[We bought a large LMB from DNA about a month ago, and he has just went to town on the hair algae that was threatening to completely overtake our live rock. He's just about got it all picked clean, a very voracious eater. Actually I just stopped by this evening to post a thread (which I'll do after this) related to the blenny .... his voracious appetite has resulted in a significant amount of fish waste -lol-]

[George, I call my q-tank Sick Bay, and old Trekkie reference.

Sorry about your fish!]

[Great to hear that he is doing so well and by the looks of the rock around him they will be no shortage of food for him for a while. Mine eats pretty much anything I throw in the tank for him and his tank mates. I have not had any hair algae in almost 2 years because of him. Major eater. A lot of times it looks like he has a marble in his stomach because he is so fat.]
