HELP! ID these please!

[Fishy]

I have found alot of small red "fleas" all over my glass and sand...at first, I thought they were alge, and just cleaned the glass...but now I have noticed a swarm of these....

HELP ME! What are they? How to get rid of them?

I have two domino damsels that eradicated them out of my tank. They're FREE and living in my sump if you want to give em a try.

YES! I'd like to try the domino's before any chemicals....let me know where and when to pick them up!
