Hello (new to forum)

Just wanted to say hello and glad to see a few other reefers around. Grod told me about the forum and glad that he did. My handle is hoopsdaddy, but my name is Chuck. Looking forward to get to know you all.

I currently have a 170g reef tank. I have been in the hobby for about 5 years. Lots of ups and downs, but have enjoyed it.
 
I would love to go but I have to work this weekend. I just found out that MACNA will be in Dallas this year and I am taking off work to go.

I'm in iowa park, you?

Thanks for the welcome critter. I look forward to meeting you one day. What type reef tank do you have? Mixed, SPS, LPS....
 
I have mostly lps now. My kids cause a minor disruption in my tank and it killed of all of my SPS. I'm trying to get my water back in line before getting more SPS, and probably more equipment before I get crazy with anything.
 
welcome. I am in Henrietta too few blocks from critter. I have a 120 gal mixed reef. So it looks like we maybe getting enough people here to get some meetings going.
 
That would be cool. I would try to be a part of them if we did. Schedule can be tough though. But I think it would be cool to meet.
