Got the Hannah phosphate checker a month or so ago under the impression that is is MUCH better then the competition, I cant, however, say that I'm impressed. I always get fairly inconsistent readings. I follow the instructions to the "t": rinse vial in tank water, fill vial with 10ml tank water, turn on checker, put vial in checker, calibrate, add reagent (I get as MUCH AS POSSIBLE in the vial), shake gently for 2 mins, put in tester and hold button to start 3 min timer. I wipe the vial on the outside with a lens cloth before I put it into the tester every time to make sure fingerprints don't hinder the accuracy. My readings today were .08, .04, .00... Anyone have this problem that has an idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
