Hanging lights from the ceiling?

Does anyone do this? If so I would like to see some pics please. It is starting to be a pain to have to take off the light fixture to clean or rearange the rocks. I have an Orbit light system and it has those plastic legs. I have broke a few pairs already.
 
I have three MH pendants hung from the ceiling over our 175g tank, and a homemade light box hanging over our 45g corner tank.

I used the large molly bolts with a hook that slides on over it. When the lights come on, I'll take some pics.
