halogen MH DE bulb?

If possible, don't. I use a papertowel or even latex gloves...

But, it's not the end of the earth if you do touch it with your bare hands... Just get a papertowel with alcohol on it and wipe it down after it's installed to remove the oils...

BTW, by Halogen MH I'm assuming you mean double ended style MH bulbs... :wink:
 
The reason I asked is that my bulb will not fire up. After I took it out and when I put it back in It will only try to fire up then it shut off.
