gurgling noises in overflow box

I have a dual overflow box thats making the gurgling noises..is there anything I can put on it to make the noise a lil more quiet? Someone told me about a dorsoflow??? not sure if thats how u spell it or call it.

on mine, I went down to HD and got a small piece of plexiglass and cut it to fit the overflow box on the outside... it made it 10x's quieter...
