[My old camera (at least in my hands) wasn't capable of getting a decent pic of it, so here's the best I can currently do with the new camera.

The pic is of a growth of some type on my frogspawn coral.

I'm wondering if it's a new head growing or if it's something more sinister...

[It's a sponge. I have seen various queries online about them, the answer always comes back sponge.

I also have quite a few in my tank, and have had the opportunity to study them up close. I agree with that they are a sponge. Don't know what kind, I've posted another type of sponge living in my tank on oth Wet Web Media and RC, Dr. Ron's forum. The answers came back that it is very difficult to ID a sponge without a tissue sample and analysis.

[I agree - I have a bunch of those and in different sizes and colors - another filter feeder so a good thing. Where's there's one there are usually others hiding away from the light...]

[Thx everyone... The frogspawn seems happy and healthy so I will definitely leave the sponge alone. It likes the lighting in the new tank. I have already noticed it growing better in the 90G than it was in the 10G.]
