Hello everyone! here is my 40g long. It made all the way from West Palm Beach Florida in the back of my hatchback. I lost a few corals and fish because of the temp swing and I am sure stress.
I decided to take a chance and bring my most prized corals because starting over did not seem logical, there are many corals that I have that I prob would not be able to afford here in TX and some I have had for so long they I could not part with them. :) I am hoping to buy only a few more select coral for now to replace what I lost. I hoping to start trading soon.

Vortech MP10 on reefcrest mode 75% power

Odyssea 4x 54w T5 - 3x blue plus, 1x aqua blue special

24" Ecoxotic blue stunner strip

WOW! That looks awesome. I know any loss makes you sick to your stomach, but If that is how the others look after a cross country transfer, good job!!
 
Thanks! Yeah I am surprised at how fast everything recovered. I was really worried I would lose more stuff. For example the Miami vice zoas were completely white when I first put them in the tank and they have recovered nicely in 3 weeks.

careful with the blue snowflakes. they can over take your tank when they reproduce, I have heard of them even growing on powerheads and in sumps.
 
Thanks! I heard the same but these have never spawned...I have had them for about 3 years started as a thumbnail frag :)
Added more rock... Thanks Joe! Will take pix soon, also ordered some new bulbs 2x blue plus, 1x Aqua blue special and 1x purple plus.
 
The wrasse is doing great! I am just on the look out for some nice clowns...I saw some at Mid cities for $50. I have gone to the PETCO in Hurst twice but no clowns in stock :/

Carefull with petco. Also if you get water from there i would stop. Its not RO
