I'm not sure what he is and if he is the reason my rpe is closed and angry.

hard to tell, but sort of looks like a whelk. Most whelks arent anything you want in your tank. Maybe someone else will pipe in.

I just took him out and froze him I saw it take a bite out of the Zoas skirt thanks guys

Yea froze that's what I do with anything that needs killing or is on their death bed makes them fall asleep then they die in their sleep so I'm told with fish at least..
