Reviews on Amazon are good....There is over 200 5 star ratings, so either it's pretty good inexpensive generator, or they have a lot of people "Fluffing" their reviews

Looks like a very good price. Mine is a 6250w generator that runs 5000w steady. Has 12 hours per tank run time.

I picked one up from Tractor Supply just over a year ago that looks very similar to that (same ratings, and even a yellow tank) but labeled as a Champion. I believe I paid around $250 on sale. I have used it 4 times so far and have been very happy with it.

Yes, I paid $660 for mine. But two means twice the noise, right?

what are you trying to back up? The one from the ebay link has a constant rating of 3300 watts which isn't that much. You might consider looking around craigslist. I bought a 7500 watt unit for $550 and it was only 6 months old. Also look for the ones with a larger muffler on them because they will make less noise.
