gluing rocks together

Is there cement you can use that's reef safe to glue some small rocks together to make an attractive bigger one, something stronger than the epoxy putty?

i used a combo of aquamend from Homedepot and super glue, its worked for me so far. I also contacted gorilla glue and asked them if their stuff was reef safe, they claimed that it was 100% reef safe after it has fully cured! Im going to give the glue a try on my next nano, and see how it goes.

I use the aquamend for gluing corals to my rocks and it works pretty good, but that's under water. Maybe it will work better if it's allowed to sit out of water for a while. I thought there was some cement people used that's reef safe. I know you can drill rods and stuff but I don't want to get that complicated.

I used dry rock, i just scrubbed it really good where i was going to "glue" i together, then after that i made several small balls of the aquamend and pushed then into the cracks for more support, and it wasnt visible.
