Find some peppermint shrimp and see if they'll eat em (some recommend qt'ing the peppermints with an aiptasia covered rock and not feeding them, forcing them to eat the aiptasia and 'acquire a taste' for them.)
Pickling lime / kalk powder mixed with water into a thick paste in a syringe sans needle- put a dollop of goo over them, and they'll melt away.
Syringe with needle and lemon juice or vinegar or hot water.. inject the little boogers...
