Fuge Question

Ok would it be crazy to get water from my sump throught the GFO/Carbon reactor into the Fuge and them back into the sump. I am just using walmart tote for the fuge and just trying to learn how to do it at all so would that take too much of the stuff the Fuge needs out going through the reactor. I am trying to limit my pumps as I dont really have a way to divert from the drain to theFuge.
any thoughts would help

If you ae asking if taking water out of the sump/return pump zone to feed your gfo/carbon filters and then return it to the same zone is OK, that is what most do. It is way too much trouble to try and get the effuent from the reactors into the main display( usually 4-6 ft of lift). Hope this helps. [smilie=smile.gif]

Are you asking if it would be a good ideavto feed water to the fuge with the output from you gfo and carbon reactor. You can but ideally you would want to feed the fuge "dirty water" but if your trying to keep the tank from getting cluttered you can either replumb the drain with 2 outlets with ball valves Ordovician it the way your thinking. I would personally feed my fuge water with the overflow water but that's not always feasible.
