Frustration in Pico Land

I've been holding off updating my build thread because I wanted to add a fish.
I did this to learn and it is paying off as expected. But I am just not happy.
I have a very small Yellow Watchman Goby. And he does what they do, pokes his head out from his hole about 1/2 the time and looks around. The rest of the time he is hiding, until the food comes out.

I want to see something swimming around. ANYTHING !!!
I am trying to be patient but maybe this 4g is just too small for my only tank.
What can I add? Even if it is not long term.

I have a IM Nuvo 8g I plan on starting work on this weekend, so that option is still 6+ weeks away.
I should begin the build on a DSA Pro 90 sometime in July or August, but it might be smarter to wait until after MACNA, just in case I have a change in ideas.

[smilie=angry.gif] I want something I can watch! Help Me! [smilie=rofl.gif]

You could add a small clown, a tailspot blenny, a hectors or rainfordi goby... There are many options for nano fish. Give your lfs a visit and they should be able to point you in the right direction. HTH.

Haven

I have a hectors goby in mine (picked up from Haven @ Mid Cities Friday *thanks*) and it is quite active in comparison to to my watchman.

That is why I chose a mantis, the one I previously had was always diggin. Since the one I got died my tank is rather boring at the moment. [smilie=sadsmile.gif]

Small school of Chromis! Great open water fish, swim all around. Petco usually always has a couple tiny ones. Just have to make sure to feed them often.

Decide on any fish to add? I added a Sargent Major Damsel to my 6.6 gallon. Nice to have a fish that swims around. In my 20L I have to clowns that never leave there BTA and Yasha Hasha/Pistol Pair that just hide in their cave.
