Anyone know where I can get some frozen starfish? My pair of harliquens have almost finished off all my bad starfish, and I'd like to keep them well fed.

I froze my astria starfish last time i rounded them up. I would not think this amount would be worth the trip but, I think this could be a good idea for the future.
I wondered if harlequins would eat frozen stars. Someone should make frozen starfish legs (packaged). I know I'd have a pair of harlys if you could buy frozen starfish legs. Just the doing it myself part bothers me. Same reason I buy hamburger meat at the store rather than buying a cow to slaughter. It's disturbing to actually BE the murderer. Heck. I couldn't even kill a silverside if I had to. Glad someone doesn't mind doing the dirty work.
As for where to get stars if you are twisted and don't mind doing it yourself (Just kidding) how about getting a bunch from www.ccritters.com. They are cheap and the shipping is cheap also. They even have the harlequin stars which the shrimp dont eat for some reason. I have a few of them and they are so cool looking.
I've always wondered if you could talk to a store about buying their DOA starfish. May be worth a shot.
Always wanted to get a harlequin. I'm an invert nut. But I agree. I definitely couldn't kill the starfish myself. They're really cool critters too!
