Frogspawn tip?

I picked up a two headed frag of frogspawn a month ago and my tank is 3 months old. Everything grows and loves my tank, but the frogspawn seems to sit idle. The main head of it is large and beautiful, but the 2nd head which I got small hasn't grown a bit. Is there anything I can feed it or anything to make it happier?
 
I've had mine for about a year and a half. The first 10 months it looked great, but no growth. In the past 8 months, it's gone from 3 heads to at least 8.

Oh, and FYI, it's a stony coral (not a softie) :)
 
I got mine from the COOP in June. It has always extended nicely and seems very healthy but it hasn't shown much growth. I recently moved it to the other side of the tank and a little higher up to see if it would make a difference.

When I got it, it had 3 heads and no babies. Here's a pic I took of it a couple of days ago (right when the lights were coming on so the base was semi-visible). You can see some of the little heads growing around the base and there are more than are not visible in the picture but that's it for nearly 8 months!
