Frogspawn question

I have noticed that my frogspawn hasn't been looking its fullest for about a week. I looked at it really closely today and noticed some tiny white mite looking creatures crawling around on it. I then noticed a couple of them on my hammer coral as well. They are too tiny for a camera to capture.
Can anyone give me an ID and way to get rid of the white mites?

It's almost impossible without a pic! I would guess they are harmless though. Other reasons, Have you changed the flow. How are nitrates.
 
I will be attempting to caputure a picture of the critters tomorrow. The water parameters are all in check.
