They are extremely brittle, and usually wire cutters or needlenose pliers will cut right through it. Just cut the skeletal mass, not the area with tissue on it.
If you want to be tidy, a Dremel with cutting wheel is another method.
LOL - for the Frag Swap, I simply used a screwdriver in the "Y", and it broke quite easily. However, it broke off the wrong side, so the Dremel might be a very good suggestion, if you are particular about what frags :wink:
