fragging galaxia

How about a chisel & hammer? Hubby would have a fit if I used the table saw  & I don't have a dremel.

Hey Kat,

I have a dremel and I have been looking for an excuse to stop by and check out your 5 TANKS  , maybe I should bring it to work tomorrow and drop it off on the way home, or better yet we could just go ahead and try to cut it up. Then I might be able to buy a frag from you to take home. :D

I am suppose to stop by Matt G's on the way home to pick up a frag he has been holding for me from Mike but that should only take a minute or too.

Hi Stanley,

If you've got the time to bring the dremel & want to do the cutting, you are more than welcome to a frag of the galaxia. Yeah, 5 tanks is a bit much, LOL.

Thanks!

Stanley wasn't able to come by, so yesterday I used a chisel & hammer to break a small piece off. I'm waiting to see how both the frag & colony recover before continuing to frag the colony. If I do frag the colony further, I'll be offering the frags for trade or sale.

Sorry I could not make it KAT, work is crazy. I was in MI last week M-TH and will be there all week next week. I hope the hammer an chisel works out. I do still have the dremel in the car if you want me to drop it off on my way home but i cannot hang out.

A small fisher-price wet tile saw will do the job nicely. We saw A. Calfo do this at Next Wave.

Yeah, it looked like a toy to me.

I think I got my point across though. It doesn't have to be an expensive setup, just something that will do the job.

All of the frags are recovering after using a chisel & hammer. If a dremel was used I would think there would be more control of the piece shapes :D
