Frag swap qualifications

Not at all! All are welcome. That being said, membership does have some benefits- not the least of which is that you get more raffle tickets per dollar with a valid membership.

Here is the membership application on our front page.

Well it was kind of a no brainer. There is a lot of knowledge and nice people here. Seems to be a good thing to be a part of. Thanks for the welcome. This reefing is worse than betting on horses !!!!

Believe me anyone that has been involved for awhile pretty much recognizes they have an addiction. Thank God it is the only one I have, I couldn't afford to have two.

Nah ha. It's better then betting on horses. You always win when you spend money in this hobby. Except you don't actually have more money to show :? Welcome to the club!

Please bring extra towels and make it a point not to spill any water at the frag swap. We don't want to ruin our relationship with our host.

Welcome to the club :D Is there going to be a raffle at the frag swap? said:
I am working on that right now and believe it will happen. I just need to make sure I can pick the stuff up on Saturday. Right now I do not see any problem.

What! you spent 15.00 whole dollars to become a member of this club?A club that will have members like Rick and Steven and others give up their Saturdays to help you move your new 175 gal into your house? Then set around and drink your suds while you gain 10 to 15 year of knowlege in 1 afternoon? Or have lifelong friends like Alan (Hw-Draft) and his wife Lana that are willing to give up their time to totally rebuild your stand and canopy for free?Or hang out with guys like me that are giving away stuff like a 72 gal. bowfront with a a custom powdercaated stand in the members only forum? Or a free nano stand in the members only forum?
Or having a club benefit like being able to borrow suction cups to move large tanks(thanks again Tri!) for free. Not to mention your buddies you'll make to pick up your stuff in group buys,or the friends youll make to receive free shipping from online vendors. (opus and Alan).Wait, monthly meetings where you gain knowledge and get to buy raffle tickets, discounts to MANCA. Free stuff that us members share with each other. What a waste of 15.00  The friendships alone are worth 10X the cost!
