Fish with cloudy eyes

What are your water params? Most common thing that pops up when I did some research, was all based off water quality.
 
Shse66 Nitrite is 0, I do not have a way to test phosphate level. We have only purchased fish from members on this site

Lindsey: No we do not have a hospital tank and have not quarantined any fish prior to adding. We have several other tangs that are not effected at this point in time. The affected fish is a Purple Tang purchased aproximately 2 weeks ago, The lion fish we had for about 1.5 months and has not been affected prior to now.
If you have any suggestions on what we need to do to get rid of this we would greatly appreciate it.
 
The fish are eating well
yes white spots on the purple tang
No white spots on the lion fish
no eye swelling at this point just cloudiness
not rubbing on rocks or sand

probably could go buy a small tank if we should quarantine however our tank is 150 gal with rocks and corals so might be very hard to capture expecially the purple tang
 
Hello again everyone, after several days treating my tank for posible marine ich, it is under control now. I want to thank Reefjunky, shse666, Lindsey and Matt for your help and advise for me to be on top of my problem (marine ich). I lost some marine life but was able to save most of my tank from disaster. Again thank you every one.

On another subject, I just purchased another tank and I will be building it soon. I would like to send some picture in this forum to get advise on the best way to proceed. I am new on this hobby and I will be asking a lot of question.
