Fish in 20 long

I currently have a Ocellaris clown in my 20 long. I have a Tunze 9002 for skimming so I think it's a decent enough skimmer for a medium bioload.

I am thinking of one more fish being added. Either a Randalls goby or bi color pseudo. I know the pseudo and clown may not be the best match up for such a small tank. I am also wanting something to stir up sand but not go crazy like my orange spotted goby from a while back. What are yalls thoughts?

Edit- or what about a Catalina Goby?

the randalls is cool, but will probably stir just as much as orange spot. a catalina is actually a cold water species, so wouldnt be best. a blenny may be best fish wise and just getting something else to stir the sand.

or, better yet, a pearly jawfish! those are awesome sand dwellers that dont move much and would be ffine in that size.

If it is a 20L, depending on the amount of rock you have in there, a baby scooter blenny would enjoy it. Also check into a bottom dweller like a yellow watchman goby. I have a pair of maroon clowns in my 24g and a baby heniochus. They LOVE my tank. The possibilities are endless.

PS - Why do you have a skimmer on a 20g? Do you have a filter of any kind running? Do you have any pumps for water flow besides filtration?? I know I'm at one extreme being filterless, but I am under the impression in my experience that you do not need a skimmer on the small tanks if water flow is high. 8)

It's been working for me :D I just went into this nano with the mindset that a skimmer is just a given for me. I've always had a skimmer and really I'm just one who thinks 'why not, it's not hurting anything'. I do have a Koralia 2 and a Koralia nano for flow as well

If you are thinking about a scooter blenny you need to make sure you have an adequate amount of live rock to produce enough pods to keep them fed. They are like mandarins in that they will slowly starve if they don't have a ready live food source (assuming they haven't been trained to eat frozen).
