First time replacing 250w MH bulb

I am replacing the bulb on my pendant for the first time and am not sure what to go with. I have a 250w Hamilton ballast w/ pendant fixture. What kind of bulb would you reccomend? It currently has a 20k double ended bulb, and I have been happy with the growth so far and I prefer the blue tint. What bulb will give me the best growth and color?

Also, I have read that a lower k bulb will give better growth. Given that this pendant is for a 29 gallon tank, does that even matter?

Finally, is thier a place locally I can purchase one and take with me? I dont want to wait on ordering one if I can avoid.

You can just walk in and buy them. Decent price too, especially without shipping! Makes it easy.
The phoenix 14k bulb looks nice too. I get good growth with my sps and really good color without actinics!
 
I just got back from the LFS and they suggested the same bulb. I think that is going to the winner.
