Filling New Aquarium

I'm ready to fill my aquarium and test for leaks. It is reefready with a sump/refugium.

My question is at what point do I know that I have my bulkheads and plumbing sealed correctly. If it is not leaking after 15 minutes am I okay. Or is there a chance that it will look okay and then an hour after testing it will start leaking.

I would fill it up slowly and monitor for any major leaks - then watch it for smaller weeping leeks for the next couple hours. Run the pumps, shut things down and restart etc.
