Feeding

[Ok, I got a fish only with some rock. I got a royal gramma, 2 young clownfish, and a humahuma trigger. Yes they all get along believe it or not.

I currently feed flake foods for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, if i am home, they get brine shrimp.

I have been considering buying a clip and hanging some food for them in the tank to munch on whenever they want. What would yall suggest for these fish? Any :idea: s? let me know thanks!! :cool grin:]
 
[Sounds like you are seriously overfeeding. I feed maybe every other day and I have a lot more fish.

BTW I would skip brine and feed mysis. Brine has the nutrition value of a peppermint. :p]
 
[:shocked: Humm, well then. I just am really trying to keep the trigger full so he wont dine on the clowns. When I say feed flake, its just a little bit. Not a fist full. Just a small pinch, or like 3-4 flakes crunched up. I try that stuff instead of brine.

Any ideas about what to just hang? Kinda like an all day deal. 24on/48off makes it hard to feed them. If I get overtime, i am gone 48hrs.]
 
[If your fish don't mind living on flake for a day (or two) or however long, why not use one of those auto-feeder things?]
 
[I don't know that any of your fish would be interested in 'nori', the dried algae sheets used for sushi.]
