Feeding Frozen Food

I just bought my first fish for 12g nano. It is a yellow watchman Goby. I bought him four differnt kinds of food, zoecon and garlic extreme ( I spent eighty bucks on fish food this week and seventy three on human food-go figure  )

I put an eight of a cube of the food in a shot glass w/ a little bit of water a drop of zoecon and a drop of garlic. I turned off the pump and dropped my little gumbo in tank and it spread everywhere!!! My little guy ate what was in front of him but food was all over my tank. How do I prevent against that? Thanks for all your help guys you're the best!

With a amount of fish you can get a little covered container. Maybe something like an old baby food jar. Mix the food like you did only in the jar, take a little baby medice dropper like the one in this link,

Suck up some of the food and squirt it into the tank. You can then save the rest of the food in the fridge till you need it. Make sure you use these items just for the fish food. In fact you can puit both items togther in a zip lock to prevent people not in the know from messsing with them.

We feed via a baby medication dropper in the nano and qt, which dispenses a tiny bit at a time. They treat the tip of the dropper like a food dispensing button.. bump it, and food comes out.

All our fish took to it on the second or third attempt. I can't claim originality, though, I saw Peter Lin doing this with his tank and a turkey baster.
