External pump repairs - Any references in the 'plex?

[I have a Little Giant pump 2-MDQX-SC that has not worked since I moved to Dallas nearly four years ago and I am not yet ready to give up on it. It was working before I moved here, but for some reason it has stopped. When plugged in, the housing gets warm, so I know it's getting some power.

Does anybody know of any businesses in the area that services these external pumps? Thanks.]

[Ivan,
I'll go ahead and ask the silly question as to whether you have disassembled the pump and checked for blockages of some sort that may have lodged in the pump. I'm assuming you have and if so, can you get the motor to start spinning at all by 'helping' the rotor to start spinning out of water (but only for a second or two max)? I don't know whether the MD2 series has a capacitor start on the motor or not, but it could be just the capacitor that needs to be replaced. Just a thought, but I would imagine the cost of getting someone to diagnose and then repair with little giant parts would not be worth the cost of that size pump. If you want some help with it I might be able to assist a little today and it appears we are on the same side of town. Let me know.]
