Hey guys-
I have an evil clown fish that was totally picking on my royal gramma, to the point that her eye is all messed up and she is generally a mess. Obviously, it's easier to catch him than her (as anyone who has ever tried to net a royal gramma knows) so we caught him and put him in the 'fuge. I really want to start up a smaller tank for him; and just put him in permanent time out.
So, here's my question: What's the quickest way to set up a small (10-12gal) tank for the clown? I don't want him living in the 'fuge for 6-8 weeks; I don't think it's good for him. I could use water from the current system, maybe mix it half and half, but everything else would be completely new (substrate, filter, etc).
What do you guys think I should do?
