euro reef RS-250 impeller assembly

so I have had my ER-250 for almost a year and the pump stopped working. I've been emailing ER and they finally said I need a new impeller for $75. Does anyone know if this will work?

or does anyone know of a local fix...I have no skimmer on the 210 until I get this thing fixed :?
 
More than likely your magnet is swollen and needs to be replaced. The impeller from Aquacave will work fine. The shaft on mine was too big so I used the old one because the tolerances were still good.
