Below is the specs for the above water purifier. Can I use the water from this purifier to fill my tank?

No, you want all of the dissolved minerals removed, so you cn mix the water with your salt that is properly composed of the correct minerals. You will need Reverse osmosis water and with it being finished with DI resin.
