Encrusting algae covering coral

Anyone else ever have this problem? (lower left corner)

I think it's the red encrusting algae, because I have that in other parts of my tank.

This is an older picture, but it's now starting to cover the Porites, and I can't get it off...

I really appreciate you help!

I've gotta do it soon too. That stuff grows so fast! It's about twice the size as in that pic.

Under normal circumstances, it's welcomed.... :x
