Have you moved them from their current location? What are you feeding? I have some oyster feast that I can bring up to ya as I'm just down the street. My stuff opens up like noones business. Could something be bugging them?

Let me know!

Nothing or noone that I've seen. The only thing that I've changed in that time period is the salt. Swithed to Brightwell Neo

Could be the salt. If you have ever read any of the threads regarding Brightwell Aquatics, you'd be interested in the salt threads on Reef Central. It could be that is something in the salt that is not holding well in the tank????

Do you have a link to those threads? I have'nt read anything bad. But if there is something I need know I would like to check it out.

You can simply go onto RC and ask in the Reef Chemistry section about the salt. Ask Randy Farley Holmes about his opinion on the product. There are not a lot of people in this hobby that I would look to for advice (and actually take what he says as golden), but he is one of the few that I would.

I would re-verify your salinity and alk levels......and take opinions for what they are. [smilie=wink.gif] The only time my duncans have just closed up was due to low salinity and one other time due to light shock. [smilie=hi.gif]

Cheers,

Not all the way. Don't get it [smilie=shake.gif] . Maybe I need to get some some kind of food for them. I have had lots of lps in the past and never fed them directly.

Well I'm pretty sure I found out the problem. Salinity was way to high [smilie=sadsmile.gif] . Had never owned a Refractometer till today. Just to old school. Took some water over to Robert @ Fishtomorrow and had him check it against my hydrometer. It was 1.0285. DUH! Bought me a Refractometer on the spot. He said he was almost 100% positive that was the problem. He had had the same issue while back. So I'll work on getting this dealt with and we shall see [smilie=wink.gif]

glad you got the problem sorted out. You really ought to feed all your LPS a few times a week. If it has a mouth it needs to be fed.
