W waterbeing Premium Member Mar 19, 2006 #2 Larry, Yes, they do make the NO (normal output not VHO) actinic bulbs too and yes they would work in a normal output fixture. Obviously, the output will be much less than VHO,... but so's the cost :sad: Doug
