I decided that I want to run bio pellets so I needed a chamber. I picked up this filter housing from Lowes for $60. It is almost identical to the regular RO filter chambers except it is a lot larger and has 1 inch fittings for water to flow in and out of. It is listed as a Whole House water filter.
Here it is with a couple of barb fittings I put on it.

Once you open it up and look under the cap, you can see where you need to add a piece of pipe so water can flow from the bottom of the canister up to tumble the media.

The hole is just a little smaller than schedule 40 PVC so CPVC might work or you can do like I did and put a couple of slits on a piece to make it fit.

Make sure you remove one section of the pipe and glue it in place.

I forgot to pick some up, but you will also need to get a small piece of plastic mesh to put over the opening inside the lid to prevent the loss of your media. You can get it at wal mart or any craft store.
Once the glue is dry it is ready to add media and plumb it.

The cap is labeled in and out next to the fittings. Once adding the pipe, these marking are backward. This can be used for just about any kind of media and I spend under $70 with the fittings to make this.
