I have what's pictured above an adruino mega 2560 with 3.2 touchscreen LCD display 16 channel relay and a high temp sensor(not pictured) now I want to turn this into a reef controller and can load the reef Angels code onto it but nothing shows on the display and also how would I connect the relays to the head unit? And my temp sensor came with a cable but where would I plug it in? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't worked with the RA+ touchscreen code but most likely if you have the correct hardware you'll need to look in the globals.h file and adjust the pins that the RA uses for the touchscreen to the ones your hardware is using. The relay would hook directly to any of he mega digital pins but you'll need custom code to work with it because the RA Relay class uses an I2C PCF8574 pin expander chip to control the RA Relay. You can find them on ebay and you'll need 2 for that relay but it should be fairly easy to make them look like a RA Relay Expansion board.

I've never seen a screen, much less a touch screen use USB to USB from an arduino.
