designs for DIY sump with fuge and bubble trap

I'm wanting to take a 55gallon tank I just recently purchased and turn it into a sump with a good size fuge. Just need help finding diagram or build that I could go off of. Mainly for size of each chamber to use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Thanks. I will look into it this evening. Do you know of a good local business that carries things I will need for this project besides glass, silicone and pvc?
