Lucky enough to have a job where I can have a little of this hobby with me while I work [smilie=rock.gif]

Skipped the overflow box and borrowed a fellow reefer's idea on a clean overflow. 1" Drilled overflow with filter cap & 1/2" return

I'm sure you've been told this already by people who have seen it in person....

Thanks Matt. I really do like how easy it is to be up close to the corals and inhabitants. Pretty awesome perspective. I'm really enjoying watching this one grow in!

Yah! The overflow was from a reefer on another site. It works flawlessly and super quiet.

Here are some shots I took:

HI where did you get the 1" Drilled overflow with filter cap , was it here local in the DFW area, or did you have to buy it on line?

very cool indeed said:
Thanks, I wasn't having any luck with my zoas and plays on any setting. So I went with a hybrid set up to be safe. All the corals seem to be liking it so I'll stick with it for now. My bigger tank at home has the razor with much more room to play with so I'll give the leds a better chance on that set up.

Nice looking set up. We have the same tank in our kitchen as a FW planted tank. I hate to sound like a jerk but a Rabbitfish in a 10g? said:
Appreciate it. I don't think you're being a jerk. I understand the sentiment. It's really small juvenile that wasn't doing so well where I got it. The thought was to get em' taking food without competition and move em' over to my bigger tank when it is a bit more established which shouldn't be much longer. I've already moved over the flasher wrasse which is doing good! Thanks for the feedback!

Looks pretty cool so far. How are you keeping it fed when you're off? said:
Thanks. Some of the guys feed the tank when I'm off. They've admitted that when I'm off they sit at my desk throughout the day and just stare at the tank [smilie=smile.gif]

Love the overflow.
I have an ADA 10 gallon cube that I have setup as a sps tank and am using an AC70 as a Refugium. But I really don't like looking at. Did you drill it yourself?

Here is my tank currently.

It is sitting in my bookshelf at home.

I ordered both pieces for the overflow and return online as well as the elbows. If you'd like message me and I'll try to hunt down the specs and where in my emails.

Yah! I used guide being it was my first time. Really was easy as they say. Just go slow and patient. I definitely think it's worth the extra work.
