Could Anyone Cut Acrylic For Me?

Hi folks. I have a sheet of acrylic that's .220 inches thick that I need a piece cut out to create a refugium wall for a sump I have. The dimensions I need is 11 7/16" x 9.5". I would also need teeth created as well. The entire sheet of acrylic is 18" x 24". I have a table saw, but I don't trust that I will get that clean cut I will need. If necessary I will provide the necessary blade or bits needed to make this happen. I'm in the Rowlett/Plano/Allen/Frisco area and I can come to you.

I'm on vacation for the remainder of the year so anytime would be good. Thanks!
 
I am in the process of building a larger sump and have all my tools geared up. It would be no trouble to cut that. Only thing is I'm not close.
