cost efficient controller?

I'm having temperature fluctation problems in my tank and am considering a controller to help. I've been keeping a log of the problem here

I was wondering which controller would work best for me and for cheap too.

I basically need 3 light plugs, 1 heater, 1 fan.

Oh and no X10.

If you want it to do your lights also seperatly thn you are not going to get out cheap for sure. A ranco dual stage for the fans and the heaters is probably your cheapest bet. If you want lights also then you need to buy an additional single controller. Personally I wouldn't worry about that.
