Coralife T5 HO Questions

I have a coralife aqua light t5 ho with lunar LEDs. It has 4 bulbs. 2 10Ks and 2 actnics. For some reason lately the 10Ks are not turning on when the timer turns on. If I play with the switch (off on off on etc.) I can eventually get them to turn on. Would this be the ballast going out? Or maybe a short somewhere?

Also... I have been searching online to no avail... where can I get replacement legs for it?

Have you open the little vent in the back and slid the ballast out? Unplug everything first of course! The quality of the plugs on these things are pretty shotty. When I got mine the first two bulbs didn't work. Thought they were burned out so I replaced them which didn't work. I then slid the ballast out to find two of the connectors were loose. Pushed them together and it all works fine.
