Cooling fans - 4inches, don't have to be fancy

[I need to know where the cheapest place to get some fans. They do not have to have a speed setting or temp control, just needs to be one speed and pushes some air, least amount of sound would be nice but if noisy i'll just get used to it. Let me know guys]
 
[Try Electronic Discount Sales on Pioneer (303) and Collins in Arlington.

They have a ton of computer fans and dc converters. If I remember right they sell for $5.00 each.]
 
[You can go to Fry's Electronics. They sell them new for around $5 to $10 each, running 12v. I put a couple of fans on my tank with blue LEDs pointing downward (after modifying them) and I get a cool night light effect as well.

They run pretty darn silently, moving about 31cfm. I believe they were 26 db.]
