Combining tanks

I have been thinking about taking the fish out of my nano and puting them in my 100g. I have a fire fish in the 100g and a purple fire fish in the nano. Will they get along or will they fight. Neither fish comes out that much and stay hidden most of the time. There are tons of hiding places in the 100g. I also have 1 false perc in the nano and a mated pair of false percs in the 100g. The clowns in the 100g are docile and the one in the nano is very aggressive. Each time I put my hand in the nano I get attacked. Also if the clowns will get along will the docile ones become aggressive? TIA
 
I would like to say that both should do pretty well in such a big tank. That's just my opinion though. I'd definately try it though. That's a big enough tank that they can establish there own area.
