Clowns laying eggs in the anemone..?

Our clownfish have been very protective of their Sebae lately. We saw the male doing the same little fertilizing dance we saw on Marc's site. He does it every couple of minutes toward dinner time, but he does it IN the anemone, and always on a particular side (it's a really really big Sebae).

There's a large rock behind the anemone then glass, we don't think they did it on the rock. I have a picture of the female laying in the anemone, he does his little dance about where she's at.

Is this what happened? Have any of you before seen the male do his little dance with no eggs around? Maybe it's something else.

It sounds to me like he is just doing a submission type dance. They will do this for a long time. Sometimes months and months before any spawning actually occurs. They are just making sure he knows he's male and she knows he's male!

Once they lay eggs the male will be super close to them all the time and they will lay them on a flat hard surface.
