Ok I have a ? ..I have a pair of true perculas if I introduce another pair or at least 1 other clown could I get away with it?

Really depends on what type of clown you introduce, rock work setup, number of anemones . . . Same type and only one normally ends up with one poor guy out in the cold and never accepted and harassed. If you add a new pair, add to opposite end and arrange rock work so they don't have to "look" at the other pair 24/7. GSM at never a good addition to a small tank with a passive clown like Percs.

Unless it's the same species and you're adding like 10+ of them in there, I wouldn't. Dominant male won't have enough targets to diffuse the aggression and will slowly kill the weaker males off. Your tank isn't big enough to house safely more then a pair of clowns or a large clutch.

55 might be a little small to try it in. I have seen 3 pairs in a 300 gallon that had a lot of anenomes to hide in.

I personally have five true perc clowns in my 210. The female is over 10, and her main man is 8, but the other three were added and all 5 get along great. But I have a rainbow nem, 2 srbta's and a really large gbta, so the have plenty of space and homes.
